This means that we offer support through the website and online in our Knowledgebase and FAQ sections. We do not however offer telephone support, and you cannot call us by telephone.
redmail.com is a private enterprise and we have selected fido.net as our hosting and payments provider. They do not however own redmail.com and do not offer any support to our customer base.
